This spring we will explore the special exhibition, American Impressionism: Childe Hassam and the Isles of Shoals, coming to the North Carolina Museum of Art (March 19-June 19, 2016). In this course we will take a close look at American Impressionism as it compares to French Impressionism and, specifically, the work of Childe Hassam.
